About Us

Independent Auditors LLP was established in 2005 to provide specialist audit and assurance services to small and medium-sized accountancy practices across the UK. We work in partnership with firms that wish to outsource their audit function, enabling them to continue offering audit services without the cost, regulatory burden, and resource commitments associated with maintaining their own audit registration.

Founded by experienced audit professionals and evolving from a long-established Chartered Accountancy practice in Shrewsbury, Independent Auditors has built a reputation for delivering efficient, high-quality audits tailored to the needs of both practices and their clients. Our focus is exclusively on audit and assurance, allowing us to remain fully up to date with evolving auditing standards, financial reporting requirements, and regulatory expectations.

Led by Jon Dale BA FCA, who specialised in audit within a Top 20 accountancy firm, our team combines technical expertise with a practical understanding of the challenges facing modern accountancy practices. We work closely with introducing firms to provide a seamless service, adapting our involvement to suit individual requirements while maintaining the highest professional standards.

At Independent Auditors, we understand that client relationships are your most valuable asset. Whether we act as the appointed statutory auditor or provide outsourced audit support behind the scenes, we operate as an extension of your team. We undertake work solely in connection with the audit engagement and never seek to offer competing services to clients introduced by our partner firms.
